The well-appointed home features 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a spacious living area. Guests can enjoy amenities life free WI-FI, 100 inch TV's, washer and dryer. Provided are plush linens and towels. Enjoy the convenience of using your own 50ft dock off right outside the back door in the canal. The canals provide a calm “no wake” zone for floating, canoeing, paddle boarding, and swimming for all ages. Guests have access to the whole house and 2 garages.

Access to the 2-car garage, two vehicles can park in front of the house on the street. Additional parking at the entrance of the Moovalya keys in the overflow parking. All vehicles including trailers must have a parking pass visible to park in overflow parking. Parking passes and stickers for trailers are located at the house
