Waterfront home with Private 50ft dock; This fully stocked Moovalya Keys home puts the Colorado River steps from your door, making it the perfect 3 bedroom 2 bath vacation rental. Bring your boat and pull up to the private 50ft dock. When it's time to wind down, bbq on the patio and enjoy the views, sip on a beverage at the bar while playing pool or PacMan machine. Enjoy the convenience of using your own dock in the keys canals that provide a calm “no wake” zone safe for floating, canoeing, paddle boarding, and swimming for all ages. Grass dog park and trailer lot at the front of the gated entrance.
Rates & Minimum Stay
$500/night 3 night min. 4+ nights available for a discount + $200 cleaning fee. There will be a refundable deposit $500 for accidental damages. Returned to you after the housekeeper inspects the home. Rates are higher for holiday and special event weekends.
Minimum Stay - 3 night min 2 night min mid week.
